Our Mission
The mission of the Palm Beach County Association of the Deaf (PBCAD) is to preserve, protect and promote the civil, human and linguistic rights of Deaf and Hard of Hearing people.
The Association is a non-profit organization as specified under the charter issued by the State of Florida.

Existing Members
Existing PBCAD members do not need to complete Membership form. Please wait for an announcement in our eBlast which usually comes in January. We will provide instructions on how to renew your membership.
